Protein Smoothing Step-by-Step Application
1. We recommend performing a strand test at least 3 to 4 days before application.
2. Shake the bottle well before use.
3. Pre-washing with a clarifying shampoo is not required. Only wash the hair beforehand with Phyto Detox Preparatory Shampoo (suitable for daily use) if there are residues of cream, spray, leave-in conditioner, oil or any other product. In this case, rinse out the shampoo completely and dry the hair 100% before applying the treatment.
4. Apply the product to dry hair using an application brush. Do not apply directly to the scalp.
5. Allow the product to process for 50 minutes on blonde, coloured, grey or bleached hair; and 1 hour and 30 minutes on thick or resistant hair.
6. Rinse thoroughly using water only, removing 100% of the product from the hair.
7. Blow-dry the hair until completely dry, using Phyto Power Spray as a heat protectant.
8. Flat iron thin sections approximately 20 times. For thick or resistant hair, use 230°C / 450°F. For fine, blonde, grey or coloured hair, use a temperature between 180°C / 340°F and 210°C / 410°F.
9. For optimal results, we recommend using titanium flat irons.
Finishing Treatment with Phyto Complex Fiber Finish Mask:
After completing the straightening process, apply the Finishing Mask using a comb, distributing it from mid-lengths to ends while gently massaging the hair.
- Distribute the product evenly throughout the hair.
- Leave on for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly, removing 100% of the product.
- Style as desired.
